This article will get you closer the Trinidad and Tobago team. The Trinidad and Tobago Red Steel team is one of the strongest teams in the league. It has one of the best players in this format and is a very tough team to beat. It is based in Trinidad and Tobago of the West Indies.
The Coach of the team is Simon Helmot. He is assisted by David Williams and Imran Jan in his quest for glory. The home ground for this team is the iconic Queens Park Oval, Port of Spain in Trinidad. It has a capacity of 12,600. But the team plays their first match against the Zouks in Gros Islet.
One of the most animated cricketer and the purple cap holder from the IPL, Dwayne Bravo is the skipper of the T&T team. The huge amount of experience and talent in the squad makes this team the strongest team in the campaign.

Strengths
The spin bowling department of the T&T team is easily its strongest link. The likes of Johan Botha, Samuel Badree, Suleimann Benn makes this team a strong bowling unit in the West Indian conditions which are helpful for the slower bowlers.
They also have a strong batting line up with Kallis and Akmal along with Bravo in the middle. They have enough experience in the squad to help youngsters in the team who do not have a lot of experience. This will make the Red Steel’s a very strong team in all aspects.
Weaknesses
The T&T team is well balanced and is abundant in all areas. But if there is any weakness in the team, it will be with the fast bowling department. The team lacks any quality fast bowlers and may struggle at the start or the end of the bowling innings.
They may face a huge problem of containing runs in the death with the likes of Richards, Davis and Delport all making debuts in the CPL. Though they have very good spinners, they may well lack the initial hunger for wickets and may end up chasing huge scores more often than not.
Dwayne Bravo and Kallis are the players who can take away the game from the opposition. Badree may also have a huge impact on this season of the CPL, like he did in the previous seasons.
