Australia included Ashton Agar for 4th test squad against India

Cricket Australia’s national selection committee has brought back left-arm spinner Ashton Agar in the Australian bowling line up for the final test match against India. The fourth test of Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2014-15 will be played from 6 to 10 January at Sydney Cricket Ground. The remaining Australian Test squad is same as it was in MCG.

Ashton Agar joined Australian test squad for Sydney test against India.

@CricketAus tweeted, “Ashton Agar brought into Australia’s squad for the fourth Test. The rest of the squad the same from MCG Test #AUSvIND.”

Australia has already won the four test match series by 2-0 with third test at MCG ended at draw. Ashton Agar made debut against England in 2013 Ashes series and he registered his name in the history when built a 163 runs partnership with late Phillip Hughes for the final wicket.

It seems that Cricket Australia (CA) selectors are listening their legends voice as Ricky Ponting has already supported Ashton Agar for the Australian 15-member squad for 2015 icc world cup.
