Sweden and Belgium football teams are set to take on each other in the last group match of 2016 UEFA Euro championship on 22nd June. The match has been scheduled to play at Allianz Riviera. Sweden is coming from losing the last game against Italy by 1-0 while Belgium is coming after defeating Ireland by 3-0 in the previous match.
Sweden team football manager Erik Hamren believes that Ibrahimovic will do better against Belgium though he hasn’t performed to his standards. Hamren said, “Zlatan did what he needed to do in the last two matches. It was tough for him today because Italy defended very well… but Zlatan is one of the greatest forwards I have ever met.”
De Bruyne said, “It is important for us not to focus too much on Ibrahimovic individually, but keep an eye on Sweden in general. I have already played against him earlier this season. Ibrahimovic is a player like any other. Of course, he has a lot of quality, but we have several great players who can make the difference as well. Losing and winning is part of the game. We lost a match and then won the next one. We now have to focus on the next match. We have to replicate our performance from the game against Ireland versus Sweden.”
