Kohli earns 12 Crore INR as he inks endorsement deal with Gaming startup Mobile Premier League
Indian cricket skipper Virat Kohli has become brand ambassador of gaming startup company Mobile Premier League (MPL). Cricket fever is on as Vivo IPL is near and ICC World Cup to kick-off in due time, hence it would be a perfect time for gaming company to spread their brand with the association of India’s leading youth icon.
“eSports brings people together and breaks barriers of age and region, often empowering and encouraging those who play it. I am extremely happy to associate with an exciting young brand like MPL, that is making mobile eSports so accessible to Indians across the country,” Kohli said on the association with esports brand.
Mobile Premier League is a platform where sports lovers can play casual games and can win money as well by participating in the contests run by MPL. Virat will be seen in marketing activities and promotional videos for eSports company. Kohli and MPL signed 12 Crore Rupees contract deal.

Mobile Premier League is in contact with Indonesian transport company Go-Jek for a deal of 200 crore INR. The mobile gaming company has already finalized 35 Crore rupees deal with Sequoia Capital India. As per data and stats, 8 million people have installed the MPL app.
