Mohammad Hafeez to miss 2015 world cup due to leg injury

Pakistan cricket team gets one more big blow just ahead of 2015 world cup as their star batsman Mohammad Hafeez has been ruled out from the tournament. As per reports to be believed Hafeez had got leg injury during the second ODI match against New Zealand on 3 February at Napier. Nasir Jamshed is expected to replace him in Pakistan’s world cup team.

Mohammad Hafeez ruled out from 2015 cricket world cup.

A PCB spokesman told to AFP, “Hafeez has been ruled out of the World Cup and will return home on the first available flight and in his place Nasir Jamshed has been summoned.”

Before few days back fast bowler Junaid Khan was out from Pakistan side sue to injury and Rahat Ali replaced him. Now Top order batsman Mohammad Hafeez is out from the team that gives PAK team major setback as he was their front line batsman in the squad and Pakistan’s world cup winning dreams were on his shoulder. But nobody can do much about the injuries.

Pakistan will start their world cup campaign against arch rivals India on 15 Feb at The Adelaide Oval.
