Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis pair beat Casey Dellacqua and Darija Jurak pair in the final match by 6-0, 6-4 to claim WTA Family Circle crown in just 57 minutes. Indian beauty surpasses Italian Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci who were at the top of WTA ranking points table with 7640 points. As Sania won her third consecutive doubles title, she earns 470 points to take up her points up to 7965 and gets best ranking in the world.
Martina Hingis/Sania Mirza won successive three tennis grand slam tournaments Indian Wells, Miami Open and now Family Circle Cup. This pair is unbeaten since they bond each other in March. They didn’t loss single match in played 14 games of these three competitions.
