Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) has handed over 4-years contract to head coach Tite despite Selecao’s ordinary performance at Russia. Four years contract means Title will remain Brazil team’s head coach till 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Selection coordinator Edu Gaspar his contract renew with Brazilian Football Federation. Hence his inclusion with team management will be key for Brazil team in upcoming football world cup.
In a press release CBF Executive Director of Management Rogerio Caboclo said, “CBF renewed the contracts with coach Tite and with the Selections coordinator, Edu Gaspar, until the end of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.”
Tite has got good record with Selecao as under his coaching instinct, national team played 26 matches in which Brazil won 20 while 4 ended at a draw. Under Tite, 5-time world football champions just lost two games including 2018 world cup quarterfinal loss against Belgium.
“I understand that CBF has given us the conditions to build an environment of union and extreme professionalism and we will continue. It is a great challenge and we are happy to face it, with the focus on the next games and competitions,” said Tite.
Tite’s next instinct with Brazil national team will be in USA when team will compete in two international friendly matches in September.
