Yuvraj may replace Jadeja in Indian world cup 2015 squad

Stylish middle order batsman and 2011 cricket world cup’s Man of The tournament Yuvraj Singh may returned in Indian side and can guide team to defend world cup title in Australia/New Zealand as Ravindra Jadeja is injured. Yuvraj Singh is not selected in India’s 30 probable squad for cwc15 but he can be selected in 15-Man team India to be declared on January 6.

Ravindra Jadeja was selected in Indian 30 preliminary squad for 2015 world cup but he got shoulder injury while he was in Australia. Jadeja was injured in India-Australia 2014-15 series. He has been working in Chennai on injury issues and still it is not confirmed that when will be he recovered and fit to play for BCCI.

Yuvraj Singh has been performing well in current Ranji season. He has hit three consecutive centuries after begin dropped from Indian thirty members squad. His current performance may open the door for him to represent India again in world cup next month. India will play opening match of world cup against Pakistan on 15 February at the Adelaide Oval.

The final 15-players squad of Indian team for ICC world cup 2015 will be selected on 6th January at Mumbai.
