2021 Women’s World Cup schedule announced

International Cricket Council have announced schedule for 2021 women’s world cup to be played in New Zealand. Host New Zealand to appear in the opening match of tournament which will be hosted by six cities in the country.

Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Wellington, Dunedin and Tauranga to host women’s cricket wc matches. Eight teams will be competing in the event and round robin fixtures to take place as all teams to play each other in the first round and top four sides to make it to the knockouts.

Bay Oval and Seddon Park to host semifinal matches of the tournament meanwhile 2021 women’s world cup final to be contested at Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
