Good news for Rugby fans in Ireland as Eir Sport and RTE have signed an agreement to telecast live matches of Irish team playing in 2019 world cup at Japan. A total of 14 matches that includes Ireland games, knockouts and final to be aired on RTE meanwhile Eir Sport has rights to broadcast 48 matches of RWC 2019.

Eir Sport managing director Susan Brady expressed the joy to associate with RTE to air live world cup matches that will give Ireland fans easy access to enjoy the tournament.
