Jaypee Punjab Warriors beat Delhi Waveriders to reach hil final

In the 2nd semi-final match of 2015 Hockey India League Jaypee Punjab Warriors have beaten defending champions Delhi Waveriders by 2-0. Winning this match JPW has qualified for the final of tournament which will be played tomorrow at Dhyan Chand National Stadium. In the final Jaypee Punjab Warriors to face Ranchi Rays.

From the starting of match Jaypee Punjab Warriors played attacking hockey and put pressure on DWR.

In the first 3 minute of match Sandeep Singh scored the first match of goal and took his team to the commanding position. In the 35th minute of match Agustin Mazzilli hit the second goal of match for Punjab.

Defending champions tried hard to score the goal but couldn’t beat JPW defenders. After full time Jaypee Punjab Warriors were leading by 2-0 hence they make it through final to be played on 22 February against Ranchi Rays.
