He filed a petition explaining how Sachin misused his power and honor of appearing in commercial advertisements. He wanted the government to take back or the award or asked Sachin to return the award on moral grounds.

The High Court has asked for further inquiries into the matter. The court wanted to know if any guidelines from the Supreme Court barred Sachin Tendulkar from appearing in any commercial TV advertisements, the ABP News reported.
