Ganguly confident of India winning big ICC World Cup

Former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly believes that team India can win big cricket world cup in England. In an event of ICC world cup trophy display in Kolkata, Ganguly told reporters that 2019 world cup is a big tournament and India has good chances of becoming the champions at 8 years.

Sourav Ganguly said, MS Dhoni deserves more respect.

“It’s a big season next year in England, so it’s gonna be a big world cup. India are a very good side and team has good chances,” Ganguly told reporters.

Media person asked about the ongoing test series between India and Australia, Dada said it will be interesting to see how team play and perform as four test matches are not easy and sides have to work hard for victory.

“four test matches a lot and teams will win and lose and comeback. So it will interesting to see how things go.”

On asking about Rishabh Pant, Dada said, “He’s very good.”

International Cricket World Cup trophy arrived Kolkata on Friday as part of trophy tour. The last tour in India of the trophy will be on 22 December when it will travel to capital Delhi.
