South America’s prestigious football event Copa America is set for it’s 47th edition as Argentina and Colombia to host the tournament in 2021. Copa America 2021 is scheduled to play from 11th June to 10th July across 9 cities and Argentina to meet Chile in the opening game.
12 national football teams are competing in the 2021 Copa America and Brazil is the title defending champion as they won their ninth title in 2019. Originally tournament was scheduled to be played in 2020 but due to COVID-19 pandemic, it gets postponed. Australia and Qatar have been invited to participate in the event to make it 12-team tournament.

It will not be easy for Argentina to claim trophy now. The level of skills and enthusiasm for game in new players is not showing a good future for Argentine side. Not only for the Copa America event but for FIFA world cup as well.
