BCCI dropped Yuvraj from Contracted Players List for 2014-15

Board of Cricket Control in India has announced players contract list for 2014-15 season. 2011 ICC world cup champions Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir are once again ignored from the board and they are not contracted with BCCI for next year. Sehwag is also not included in the list. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is promoted in the list and now he is in Grade A of BCCI players contract list.

Yuvraj, Gambhir and Sehwag are already out from Indian squad for 2015 world cup. Axar Patel has been included in the Grade C.

BCCI Honorable Secretary Sanjay Patel said in media release, “Such players who are not in the lists will be placed in Grade C as and when they represent India in Tests / ODIs / T20 Internationals during this season.”
