2010 FIFA world cup champion Spanish star Xavi said, “comfortable, beautiful and attractive for both the fans and players. The stadiums are outstanding. I think it will be good for the spectators and fans. This will be also good for the players, who will not have to travel or move much. It will be a comfortable and very nice World Cup”
Xavi won 4 European Champions League and 8 Spanish La Liga competitions with Barcelona. He is currently associated with Qatari club Al Sadd and believes that Qatar is an exciting place for football game and stadiums in the country are really good for players and fans to enjoy. He is working with under-23 Qatar squad as coach and Xavi believes that it’s a good opportunity for him to learn more things.
Hernanadez said, “Qatar is allowing me to train as a coach, and now I’m learning things with the Under-23 squad. This is a very attractive, exciting and long term project, which will run until the World Cup in 2022.”
Xavi mentioned all these things to Efe after the Leaders Awards gala which took place on Wednesday.
