South America’s prestigious football event Copa America is set for it’s 48th edition as United States will be hosting the event. This will be second occasion when United States to host the championship, previously hosted Copa América Centenario in 2016. Copa America 2024 is scheduled to play from 20th June to 14th July.
16 national football teams (10 CONMEBOL and 6 CONCACAF teams) are set to compete in the 2024 Copa America and Argentina are title defending champion as they won their 15th title in 2021. Argentina played Canada in the opening match of tournament and won it 2-0.

After group stage of the event, teams are set to take on each other in the quarterfinals.
Semi-finals
9 July: 1st Semifinal- Argentina vs Canada, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey
10 July: 2nd Semifinal- Uruguay vs Colombia, Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina
Third Place Playoff
13 July: Canada vs Uruguay, Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina
Final
14 July: Argentina vs Colombia, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida

It will not be easy for Argentina to claim trophy now. The level of skills and enthusiasm for game in new players is not showing a good future for Argentine side. Not only for the Copa America event but for FIFA world cup as well.
I hope Argentina and Brazil will come to the finals with Brazil Taking the trophy
