Former Indian cricketer turned commentator Sunil Gavaskar was slammed by Virat Kohli fans on Thursday when Gavaskar made dis-respective comments on Kohli and Anushka during Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore match in Dream11 IPL 2020.

RCB skipper Kohli had off day as his team faced 97 runs defeat against KXIP and all criticism was on Virat for dropping two catches of Punjab captain Rahul on 83 and 89. KL Rahul then scored 132 runs in 69 balls to take team’s total past 200 and KXIP finished at 206 in 20 overs. Kings scored 74 runs in last 5 overs of the match.

When chasing the target, Kohli was dismissed for just one run and his side lost the match with heavy margin of 97 runs. All in this, Sunil Gavaskar hot-up the air as he made some inappropriate comment as he said Kohli only practiced balls of wife Anushka.

“Inhone lockdown me to bas Anushka ki gendon ki practice ki hai,” Gavaskar said during the commentary.

These comments made Kohli fans angry and they slammed Gavaskar on Social networking site Twitter. Even some of them asked BCCI to remove Sunil from commentary panel.
