Ireland vs India 2018 T20Is

Preview

Virat Kohli and Co. will look to start good against Irish team so that blue team gets better practice ahead of English tour. The biggest challenge Indian team will be facing is to familiar with conditions as ball swings quite decently in England and Ireland region.

This is the first occasion when India to play Ireland in T20 bilateral series. Both teams met just once in a twenty20 international and it was in 2009 ICC World T20 in which India registered comfortable win of 8 wickets. Ireland is coming into this game by winning just one game in the tri-series involved Netherlands and Scotland.

Team India had few changes in the original squad announced earlier as Ambati Rayudu missed the tour due to fitness Yo-Yo test. Mohammed Shami also failed to pass the test. So BCCI selectors made changes and Suresh Raina got the lucky chance to be the part of Indian team.
