Vivo IPL 2019 Playoffs: Teams, Squad, Schedule, Date, Venue

The knockout stage of Vivo Indian Premier League 12th edition is all set to kick off on 7 May 2019 when first qualifier match will take place at Chennai’s Chepauk stadium. Top two teams from the points table in league stage will be up-against in the 1st qualifier game on Tuesday from 7:30 PM IST.

Title defending champions Chennai Super Kings were the first team to qualify for IPL-12 playoffs meanwhile Delhi Capitals entered their name in the playoff race after seven years long wait. Third team to qualify for knockouts was Mumbai Indian who defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad in the super over.

The fourth team of Indian Premier League 2019 playoffs was determined in the last match of league stage when Mumbai Indians defeated Kolkata Knight Riders to make sure Sunrisers Hyderabad became first team to enter in the playoffs with 12 points.
