South African batting has been good so far and scored 400 plus score two times in world cup but the fact is their batting failed to chase target. Proteas team also got problem with their fifth bowling option as they are not having proper bowling attack. Sri Lankan batting has been good so far in the tournament and top order is in good form. They are also lacking in the bowling just like South Africa. Hence it will be a good contest. It will be a 50-50 contest.

  1. I think

Srilanka – South africa -> Srilanka Will Win

Banglades – India -> India Will Win

Australia – Pakistan -> Australia Will Win

New Zeland 0 West Indees -> West Indees Will Win

    • OMG Praveen,
You have knocked out South Africa and New Zealand from semi-finals.

It’s an awkard prediction from your side.
For me, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand will be in semi-finals of 2015 world cup.. 🙂

  2. West Indies belongs to Mr Lara. They have already won two world cups. For now they appeared not as a weak team but as an inconsistent team. There is still room for improvement. In my understanding they do possess excellent batting and excellent bowling. One thing I would like to suggest to them is they must have high level of confidence in them. Another point to mention here is they need to practice further. Side by side, I wish Cris Gayle, a legendary hero in cricket should be able to tackle the spinners. If they follow it up accordingly, I am sure they will qualify for the semi final and even reach final leading to success there as well. Wish you all the best. Congrats to Cris Gayle and Jason Holder in advance.

    • Yes Krishna, Brian Lara was awesome cricketer for West Indies and Gayle is the best for them in the current squad. If Gayle goes on his tone on 21st March against New Zealand, it may lead West Indies towards semi-final. Hope to seem Caribbean team return in the top form.. 🙂
