Radek Stepanek pulled out from 2015 Hopman Cup

Czech Republic’s Radek Stepanek has been ruled out from upcoming Hopman Cup in Perth. This is the third name in the list of players pulled out from 2015 hopman cup. Last week Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Jack Sock withdrew their names from the tournament due to injury. Radek Stepanek is also ruled out from competition due to back injury.

Adam Pavlasek will replace Radek Stepanek in hopman cup XXVII. Jack Sock was replaced by American John Isner and Benoit Paire replaced Tsonga in the event.

Lucie Safarova will now play mixed double games with Pavlasek for Czech Republic.

Radek Stepanek tweeted, “I’m very sad to pull out from such an amazing event. I’ll miss great people, fans and (the) atmosphere.”

Czech Republic to play opening game of 2015 Hopman Cup against Canada on 4 January. Radek has also withdrawn from Australian open.
