West Indies middle order batsman Darren Bravo has been ruled out from ICC cricket world cup 2015 due to hamstring injury. International Cricket Council event technical committee has approved Bravo’s replacement in West Indies team and Johnson Charles is included in Caribbean side for rest of the tournament.
Darren Bravo got injured during a world cup match against Pakistan and he was retired hurt while batting. After this he also missed the matches against Zimbabwe and South Africa. Charles had represented Caribbean team last year in January and played 30 ODIs in which he has made 869 runs.
West Indies to play their next world cup game against defending champions India on 6 March.
