Romanian tennis star Simona Halep has qualified for the final of 2015 Indian Wells Masters as world champion Serena Williams has pulled off from tournament due to knee injury.

The semi-final match was scheduled to play om 20 March, but Serena withdrew from the competition as she has got right knee injury. This led Simona to walkover in the final.

Simona Halep will now face Jelena Jankovic in BNP Paribas Open 2015 final on 22 March. Jelena defeated Sabine Lisicki in the semifinal to make through finals.
