Pakistan’s fast bowler Amir Yamin has taken first hat-trick of 2018 T10 league. For playing Bengal Tigers, Amir achieved this feat against Northern Warriors in the third match of the season. He took 4 wickets in 4 balls to help Tigers won the match by 36 runs.

It was brilliant spell by Yamin as he just conceded 4 runs in his full 2-over bowling quota. He bowled wicket-maiden over as well when took hat-trick. This was first occasion when a maiden over was bowler in T10 cricket format ever.

Amir dismissed Lendl Simmons, Rovman Powell and Ravi Bopara on the first three balls of 9th over in Warriors innings. He also took wicket of South African Hardus Viljoen on the fourth ball of over.

It was second hat-trick of T10 league as in the inaugural Tten cricket season, Shahid Afridi took first ever hat-trick of championship in 2017.

With this brilliant bowling spell, Tigers beat Warriors by 36 runs. Before that, Bengal Tigers posted 130 runs in 10 overs for the lose of 1 wicket. England star batsman Jason Roy smashed 60 runs in 29 balls while Rutherford made 47 runs in 21 balls.
