Winning the toss, Bangladesh chose to bowl first and their decision was threaten with some top class batting performance by English Batsmen. This was England’s highest ICC World Cup score. Mohammad Saifuddin and Mehidy Hasan took 2-2 wickets each in England innings for Bangladesh. In this massive chase, Bangladesh fought hard but couldn’t reach even near to the target and England registered 106 runs victory.
Bangladesh’s all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan scored his maiden hundred in cricket world cup and he made 121 runs to make his team in hunt. He’s lone warrior in the match for Tigers.
