Pakistan and Zimbabwe are going to face each other in the 23rd match of 2015 cricket world cup on 1st March at The Gabba in Brisbane. This is going to be pool B match of tournament. Pakistan cricket team will be playing their one of the vital matches of history as the way they have played last two games against India and West Indies it clearly indicated that Pakistan may not advance to the next stage of world cup.
Pakistan lost opening two matches very badly as arch rivals India defeated them by 76 runs at MCG whereas West Indies threatened Pak by 150 runs. So the major problem for Pakistan team is that their batting is not good and they are failing in every match. PAK batsmen failed to chase the target in both the previous games and worst analysis about them is that wherever Pakistan chases maximum time they lose the match.
In previous 21 chases they only managed to win the match on three occasions when total was 250 or above. Captain Misbah-ul-haq needs to come up the batting order to provide solidity to middle order. Ahmed Shahzed has to bat well at the top of the order and Younis Khan has to give his vital experience in the batting. Shahid Afridi needs to play according situation and circumstances of the match.
Zimbabwe team will be desperate to take advantage of Pakistan’s bad form and they must be looking to win it and get some hopes to make it through quarterfinals. Zimbabwe is in good form as they played good cricket against South Africa in first match though they lost it. In their second match against UAE, they managed to win that game and earn two points in world cup 2015 points table.
Zimbabwean side must be disappointed after the defeat against West Indies but they won’t be in much pressure as when Chris Gayle goes on, nobody can stop him. But still they fought well in that game. ZIM batting has been doing good and Williams, Taylor, Masakadza are performing well to bat throughout the 50 overs. So we can hope to see a good match tomorrow. Let’s have a look at the probable playing XIs for both the teams.

Though Pakistan is in good form still they are favorites to win this clash at Brisbane. But Zimbabwe can beat PAK as in world cup warm-up match they defeated Sri-Lanka. So match will be interesting to watch and Pakistan has 65 percent chances to win it.
