Shafiul Islam Replaces Al-Amin Hossain in BAN world cup squad

ICC has approved Bangladesh’s replacement in 2015 world cup tournament. Shafiul Islam has replaced Al-Amin Hossain in the 15 member Bangladesh squad. Fast bowler Al-Amin Hossain was sent to home as he didn’t respect the team curfew and he breaks it.

Shafiul Islam replaced Al-Amin Hossain in Bangladesh world cup 2015 squad.

International Cricket Council has considered this matter as “an exceptional circumstance.” Hossain didn’t play Bangladesh’s opening match of world cup against Afghanistan which team won by 105 runs. BAN’s second game was washout against hosts Australia. Bangladesh to face Sri Lanka in their next world cup match on 26 February.

The updated Bangladesh squad is: Mashrafe Mortaza (Captain), Tamim Iqbal, Anamul Haque, Soumya Sarkar, Mominul Haque, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah, Nasir Hossain, Sabbir Rahman, Taskin Ahmed, Shafiul Islam, Rubel Hossain, Arafat Sunny and Taijul Islam.
