Cricket is one of the team sports that help players to learn and grow from their team mates. There are several cricket boards that allow foreign players to compete in their home leagues and championships. England’s county teams also have overseas players in the squad to give local players more international experience.

Surrey cricket team players Jason Roy and Laurie Evan have admitted that playing alongwith international foreign cricketers has helped them in improving their game. According to Laurie Evans, overseas players like Hashim Amla brings calmness on the field and off the field that gives him joy and things look pretty easy.

“I quite enjoy Hash, Hashim Amla. Just as a calming influence over the dressing room”, Laurie Evans said during an interview on Betway.

On the other side, opener Jason Roy says having top quality players like Kumar Sangakkara (Sri Lanka), Kevin Pietersen, Ricky Ponting (Australia), Hashim Amla and Graeme Smith (South Africa) in the squad, makes strong mindset in prospects of the game.

Laurie Evan and Jason Roy were part of the conversation alongwith their team mate Reece Topley on Betway and they shared lot of secrets of squad members. In one of the talks, Topley said Ben Stokes has got the left foot of Robin Van Persie.
