Hosts Chile has announced the preliminary 30-men roster for the forthcoming Copa America event beginning from 11 June, 2015. Chile never won this showpiece event though they appeared in the finals of 1955, 1956, 1979 and 1987. Chilean football team head coach Jorge Sampaoli released the primary squad containing European stars including Alexis Sanchez, Arturo Vidal and Angelo Henriquez.
Chile is placed in the Group A of tournament and will be facing Ecuador in the opening match at Estadio Nacional, Santiago.
