AC Milan’s attacking midfielder Lucas Paqueta will be called in the Brazilian national football team for the upcoming Copa America 2019. Selecao head coach Tite’s assistant manager said in a latest interview that Paqueta would be called in the March to join national team for the friendly games as the preparation matches for Copa America.
“We like Paqueta close to the attackers, as he is playing at Milan, one who can work hard even when he is not in the possession of the ball. Unless something happens, he is going to be called up in March and is going to be in the Copa America squad,” Brazil team assistant manager said.
Brazil is hosting the gala soccer championship from June 14th and team to compete against Bolivia, Peru and Venezuela in the Copa America 2019 group fixtures. Apart from ten CONMEBOL teams, two Asian team Qatar and Japan are invited to participate in the competition.
Lucas Paqueta joined AC Milan in the January and he’s been doing great for the Italian club.
