Uttar Pradesh Wizards bought Sreejesh Ravindran for 69,000 dollars means 43 lakhs INR. He played starting two seasons of HIL for Mumbai Magicians which is now not a part of league.

The opening match of 2015 hockey India League will be held at Bhubneshwar on 22nd January between Kalinga Lancers and Ranchi Rays.
