Sardar Singh says Pakistani Players should be allowed in HIL

Indian hockey team captain Sardar Singh has said that Pakistani players should be allowed in most prestigious hockey india league. The inclusion of Pakistan players in HIL will help to boost the league and it will improve the standard of tournament.

Sardar Singh said Pakistani players should be allowed to play Hockey India League.

Sardar Singh said, “Pakistan have good players and they should be allowed to play in the HIL. Good players need to play in the league. But I also understand the situation and one must follow the government’s stand on it.”

Sardar Singh also understands the political tensions between two arch rivals. Pakistani players inclusion in HIL is totally depended on government.

In the first edition of Hockey India League there were nine Pakistani players were part of the league but before starting of the tournament due to the protest from various political parties.
