Barcelona beat River Plate to win 3rd FIFA Club World Cup

FC Barcelona have become the third time champion in FIFA Club World Cup as they beat River Plate in the final of 2015 world cup final played at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama. Spanish club Barcelona defeated Argentine club River Plate by 3-0 to become champions.

FC Barcelona won 2015 FIFA Club World Cup in Japan.

This is the fifth trophy for FC Barcelona this year as club has won La Liga, Copa Del Rey, Champions League, Super Cup and now Club world Cup in 2015.

Barcelona’s super striker Luis Suarez scored twice in the victory. He hit two brilliant goals in the second half of match. In the 49th and 68th minute of CWC final, Suarez gave lead to his side. Before him, Argentina’s captain and Barcelona’s main forward player Lionel Messi scored first goal of the match in the first half. Messi scored terrific goal in the 36th minute of 2015 club world cup final.

After winning the match Suarez said, “The most important thing was to take the trophy, that was the only objective we had. The next challenge is to maintain our form and keep winning trophies.”
