International Cricket Council has declared the schedule of upcoming major ICC events in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In ICC board meeting today at Dubai under ICC Chairman Narayanaswami Srinivasan, ICC Chief Executive David Richardson and ICC President Mustafa Kamal presence the schedule for world t20s, cricket world cup 2019, Champions trophy 2017 are confirmed.
In a media release by ICC it is announced, “The ICC Board received an update on the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 and approved the dates of the ICC Events through to 2019.”
In this meeting ICC also reinstated that Super Over will take place in the final of an ICC event if the match is tie between two finalists. This decision will be carrying in 2015 cricket world cup as well.

ICC said, “The ICC Board reinstated the use of a Super Over in the event of a tie in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 final. This now replicates the arrangements for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 final and other recent ICC events where a winner will be determined on the day of the final (weather permitting), and a Super Over was the most credible way to separate the two sides.”
