The players auction for Vivo Indian Premier League 2019 is all set to happen on 18 December, 2018 in Jaipur. IPL-12 auction is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM as per Indian Standard Timings. Live streaming and online telecast will be aired live on www.iplt20.com.
All 8 participating franchise based teams in the competition will look to complete their roster for 12th Vivo IPLT20. A maximum of 27 players can be there in an IPL side including 9 overseas players. The Indian Premier League governing council limited a maximum of 143.33 crore Rupees to each franchise to spend during the players auction.
More than 1000 cricketers registered themselves to be a part of IPL 2019 players auction. The deadline for players registration was 4th December 2018. There are 70 spots available among eight Indian Premier League teams after players retention.
