IPL 2015: RCB vs CSK qualifier-2 Preview, Predictions.

If we talk about last five matches of these 2 teams in IPL-8, we’ll find Royal Challengers have got more chances over Chennai Super Kings. RCB won 4 matches in played last five games at 2015 IPL whereas CSK won only 2 matches out of played 5 games.

Chennai Super Kings were on the mark when they have got destructive opener Brendon McCullum in their side but as he has left team for his national duties, CSK is not in good form. Their batsmen are not in great form that they were in previous seasons. This is one of the biggest drawbacks for Chennai in this year’s IPL.

Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni and Dwayne Smith are not performing the way they should. Faf du Plessis is scoring the run but not so quick that can help team to maintain good run rate. At the depth of batting, Dwayne Bravo and Ravindra Jadeja is not hitting ball perfectly. Hence boss its big problem for CSK to score runs against inform RCB bowling.

If we talk about RCB batting, all batsmen are in good form and at least 1-2 guys are scoring runs in every match and take their side towards winning position. Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers are the backbone of RCB and everyone knows this if these 3 are returned to pavilion, it will be easy to take all wickets of the Bangalore side. The batting is explored.

In previous it was proven wrong when Kohli and Gayle were dismissed too early and young Sandeep Sharma played the match winning innings for RCB against Rajasthan Royals. Though AB de Villiers played handy innings in that match but all credit went to Sandeep who allowed De Villiers to take his time and score the big runs at the end.

So if Chennai Super Kings are thinking that RCB is all about Gayle, Kohli and De Villiers, it can hurt them in today’s clash. CSK will be highly depending on Ashish Nehra, Dwayne Bravo, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. RCB are much depending on Mitchell Starc, Harshal Patel and Chahal.

Predictions

Royal Challengers are red hot favorite to win tonight and they have got 65 percent win chances over CSK. We think Chris Gayle will be the match winner for RCB in today’s game.
